*Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm
*Pay Rate: $17/hr
*This position is in an office setting
Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representative:
Communicate with various consumers via phone, email, and chat
Answer questions about products and provide assistance with troubleshooting
Perform data entry
Job Requirements for Call Center Representative:
1+ years of customer service experience
Ability to type 40+ WPM
Detail oriented and strong communication skills
