Seasonal Lawn Technician – Temporary Aeration Crew
Pay: $18/hour + Daily Overtime | Location: Williamsburg
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:00 PM (must stay until route is complete)

What You’ll Do:
Operate aeration machines and manual core tools on residential lawns
Clean hard surfaces and maintain equipment
Work in 2-person crews to complete assigned routes
Support other teams when finished
Requirements:
Punctual and dependable – your attendance matters!
Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Reliable transportation to HQ daily
Previous landscaping, construction, or general labor experience a plus
