Build a customer-focused, results-driven store environment
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Retail Sales Associates

2+ years of retail management experience (wireless preferred)
Bilingual: English & Spanish â required
Proven leadership and sales success
Ability to inspire and motivate a team
