We are currently hiring for a Hiring Coordinator opportunity. This position offers $24–$25 per hour, Monday–Friday during normal business hours, fully on site out of the Flemington, NJ area!
As a Hiring Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruiting and onboarding process.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating applicant communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up calls
Assisting candidates with the application process and ensuring paperwork is complete
Processing pre-employment requirements such as background checks, clearances, fingerprinting, motor vehicle records, and drug screenings
Maintaining tracking spreadsheets in Excel and organizing applicant/employee files
Reviewing and processing applicant records in compliance with hiring procedures
Preparing new hire packets and supporting onboarding for training and operations
Acting as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants and inquiries
Supporting recruitment efforts with flyers, community boards, job fairs, and events
Qualifications:
1+ year in high-volume recruiting or office administration
Experience with background checks and pre-employment screenings preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
