We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Service Operations Administrative Specialist to join our Service Claims Department on a temporary year long assignment. Title: Service Operations Administrative Specialist
Location: Camden, NJ 08103
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Duration: 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
Enter and manage data from various sources into Claims/CRM systems.
Generate monthly reports by pulling data from internal systems, compiling in Excel, and creating tables, charts, and comparisons.
Monitor and organize a group mailbox, ensuring timely distribution of incoming materials.
Prepare standard letters and process check reimbursements through Accounting.
Provide administrative support for the service team and handle other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in data entry, analysis, and report creation.
Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently after training.
