Our client in Bala-Cynwyd is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team!
Job Details for Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
- $25-$30hr – based on experience
- Business casual environment
- Potential to work hybrid
Job Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Execute payments via check or electronic fund transfer to vendors, agents and claimants
- Prepare daily claim check reconciliation
- Execute electronic fund transfers via banking software
- Review corporate credit card activity and expense reports; Prepare expense reports for air travel and travel agent fees
- Monitor bank account balances and prepare funding requests as needed
- Provide payment data to financial staff, auditors and other interested parties; assist with journal entries
- Initiate commission and other payments on behalf of the financial staff
Job Requirements for Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Two plus years of accounts payable experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of SAP Concur Expense and Invoice, Excel, and Microsoft programs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
