Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am -5:00pm
Pay Rate: $17.00
Job Responsibilities & Description for: Fiscal Technician
- Process and review accounts payable and ensure invoices are accurate and submitted timely. As needed, communicate with providers to address issues.
- Assist with payroll processing and calculate payroll adjustments as needed.
- Assist with the creation of and as needed create reports at defined intervals during the year to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines. Gather and distribute supplemental information as needed.
- Review developed budgets for accuracy and within the assigned program area. Ensure required paperwork is complete and accurate. Ensure compliance with all local and state requirements relating to invoicing and billing.
Job Requirements for 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead:
- Prolonged periods working on a computer, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, and occasional travel (day) may be required for meetings. Comfortable working within an open office environment. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency,
- experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word),
