Title: Warehouse Order Puller – Night Shift
Location: Thorofare, NJ 08086
Schedule: Start times vary between 6PM – 8PM; shifts range from 8 to 11 hours
Compensation: $17.50/hr to start (temp-to-hire), with the opportunity to transition to a pay-per-piece model earning $900–$1500 per week
Duration: 4 month contract-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate an electric standing pallet jack to pull and move products efficiently
- Accurately fulfill orders in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
- Work in a temperature-controlled warehouse (33–42 degrees)
- Maintain speed and accuracy while meeting nightly productivity goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a electric standing pallet jack
- Previous warehouse or order pulling experience in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work Sunday night and four other nights weekly
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments
Pay & Perks:
- $17.50/hr starting wage
- Opportunity to convert to permanent with a per-piece pay structure (~$0.245 per package)
