We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our crew in Mt. Airy, MD and help keep our construction sites running safely and smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for inspections, training, and ensuring our team stays compliant with all safety standards.
Details:
- Monday–Friday schedule with steady, full-time hours
- Includes company vehicle for regular travel to job sites
- On-site role with a mix of office, fieldwork, and team interaction
- Pay starts at 45k and up to 60k based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead safety trainings, toolbox talks, and onboarding for new hires
- Perform jobsite inspections and follow up on any safety concerns
- Handle incident reports, maintain OSHA 300 logs, and manage certifications

Requirements:
- At least 2 years in construction or a related safety role
- Solid understanding of OSHA standards and general construction hazards
- Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, climbing ladders, and walking active job sites
