We’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Pick and Packers to join our team in Elgin, IL. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse environment where you’ll play a key role in preparing customer orders and ensuring accurate shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software.
Job Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Create shipping labels and track packages using UPS and FedEx software
Check orders for accuracy and package items securely
Restock inventory on the floor and maintain organized storage
Work with a team to meet daily order fulfillment goals
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
What We're Looking For:
Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping software
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
