Billing Coordinator

Full-time Direct Hire with benefits
$19-22/hr
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Primary Responsibility
- All Billing for the main office & all satellite locations.
- All Billing for Lab Services; will work with Inside and Outside Lab Sales.
- Troubleshoot all Corporate Billing issues to ensure accuracy.
- Interact with Customers Service & Shipping Departments to resolve billing related issues.
- Conduct account research and analysis, as needed for escalated billing issues.
- Actively monitor the Billing & Corporate Billing inboxes daily and troubleshoot as needed.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
Secondary Responsibility
- Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with daily tasks as needed, including but not limited to vendor invoice entry, freight bill trouble shooting, cash receipt application, etc.
- Perform data entry and clerical duties for finance department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of office experience
- High school diploma required, coursework in accounting a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong work ethics, be well organized and self-starter.
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word. MAS 90/Sage 100 experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
- Ability to prioritize and work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
