Job Details
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Locations: York, PA & Hanover, PA
Schedule: Full-time | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a variety of industrial equipment including forklifts, CNC machines, and metalworking tools
Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and quality
Cross-train on different machines and contribute to a clean, safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and PPE protocols
Preferred Experience (Not Required but a Big Plus!)
Welding, Machining, or Press Brake Operation
Laser, Plasma, or Flame Cutting Equipment
Heavy Equipment Operation or Metal Fabrication
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Prior experience in machine operation or forklift operation
Ability to work in a manufacturing or metal production environment
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety and quality
