2nd Shift Large Coil Assembly Lead Job Details:
2nd Shift Large Coil Assembly Lead Responsibilities Include:
Lead a team in the precision assembly of copper coil components
Train and support team members in proper assembly methods and safety practices
Ensure all safety procedures, PPE use, and quality standards are followed
Read blueprints, use hand/power tools, and inspect work for accuracy
Collaborate with other leads to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
2nd Shift Large Coil Assembly Lead Job Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and leadership mindset
Ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Experience with precision brazing a plus (we’ll train the right person)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the full shift
Comfortable with basic math and ruler reading
Previous team lead or trainer experience preferred
Must pass a background check and drug test before starting
