Are you an experienced Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help coordinate critical transportation and logistics functions across our terminals.
Location: Bucks County Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday between 4:00 AM and 6:30 PM (8-hour shifts; must be flexible)
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch, scheduling, and routing of drivers to ensure efficient service
- Monitor and adjust routes in real-time to respond to operational changes
- Serve as the terminal's Ecolane system expert and support process improvements
- Manage vehicle assignments, availability, and assist with maintenance coordination
- Investigate incidents, maintain safety compliance, and support driver training programs
- Collaborate with Customer Service to meet client needs and resolve concerns promptly
Job Requirements:
- Dispatch software experience (Ecolane strongly preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Ability to operate company vehicles when needed
