We are looking for a Sandblast Room / Shop Floor Worker to join our growing operation. This full-time, first-shift role is perfect for someone who wants a stable schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to grow their skillset in a team-focused environment.
Location:New Castle, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM (½ hour lunch from 12:30PM–1:00PM)
Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Operate sandblasting equipment in a dedicated blast room
Prepare parts for blasting and inspect completed work
Follow all safety protocols and use required protective gear
Assist with general production tasks on the shop floor (training provided)
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
Prior sandblast room experience preferred (this is a physical job in a dusty, noisy space)
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive motion for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work at 7AM sharp
Willingness to learn other shop duties and grow with the team
Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
