Are you an experienced machine operator looking to grow with a leading manufacturer? We’re seeking a skilled Extrusion Line Operator to join our team on the 7PM–7AM 2-2-3 rotating schedule.

What You’ll Do:
Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machinery to meet production goals and quality standards
Monitor mixing and feed systems, apply correct formulas, and perform in-line quality checks using tools like calipers
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with line lacing and calibrations
Keep detailed production records and follow all safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of extrusion or manufacturing experience required
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable using basic computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication skills and ability to interpret safety and operations documentation
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
