📍 Norfolk, VA | Mon–Fri, 3 PM–11 PM
PeopleShare is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate for a steel distribution company in Norfolk! This is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company and transition into a permanent role with full benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload steel materials and maintain warehouse organization
Operate side loader equipment (not a traditional forklift – carries loads on the side for handling long or wide materials in tight spaces)
Use a ruler for basic measurements (test required)
Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Must Have:
Proven experience operating side loader forklifts — this is required (no exceptions)
Valid driver’s license (will be verified)
Prior warehouse or material handling experience
Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
