Job responsibilities as a customer Service representative

Keep everyone in the loop with reports on orders, invoices, and product updates.
Enter and manage customer orders using our software tools (don’t worry, we’ll train you).
Track down answers and solve problems like a pro.
Collaborate with teammates to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
