PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician for a warehouse in Chesterfield!
Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Details **No contract period! Direct hire with benefits**
- Schedule: Split shift (10:30 AM - 7 PM) Mon - Fri
- Pay Rate: $24/hour+
- Direct Hire
Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities
Perform daily equipment inspections
Utilize maintenance software to schedule and track work orders for scheduled work
Complete all project work orders
Complete preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment
Contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary equipment repairs and emergencies outside the scope of routine maintenance
Maintain daily maintenance logs
Purchase supplies and equipment from vendors
Perform all other duties
Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a warehouse setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience using ERP systems (preferred)
- Proven preventative Maintenance Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a "go-getter* attitude with a desire to learn
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be willing to attend work everyday with no issues
