This company is a leading manufacturer of premium frozen pizzas and pizza products, is looking for a reliable and safety-focused 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our Elk Grove Village team. If you’re looking for a stable position with great benefits and room to grow, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Operate stand-up forklifts to move pallets and raw materials throughout the facility (refrigerated enviornment)
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Stage materials for production lines
Perform regular equipment inspections and follow safety protocols
Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized
Accurately complete documentation and inventory records
What We're Looking For:
Previous forklift experience required (1+ year preferred)
Valid forklift certification is a plus (we can certify the right candidate)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a cold or frozen environment
Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
Must be available for 2nd shift and occasional overtime
Past work hsiotry working in Freezer or cold environments a plus
