Customer Order Specialist Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM
- 1 Saturday per month from 12p - 4pm - just answering phones and routing issues to correct departments.
- Once fully trained and onboarded they will rotate with other CSRs on a once-a-month rotating overnight shift.
- Pay Rate: $15/hr, paid weekly!
Customer Order Specialist Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and take orders/assist with questions
- Take orders manually on paper order form and input into system
- Process email orders from customers
- Scan in invoices, orders, and other paper files into system
- Back up receptionist desk when she is out of office or on lunch
Customer Order Specialist Job Requirements:
- Great customer service
- Light math skills
- High attention to detail
- Light MS office and outlook skills (will be trained on internal systems)
- Must be willing to complete a background check and pre-employment drug test
