Compensation: $65,000 and up + (salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. $500 retention bonus after 90 days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a positive, customer-focused, and goal-driven environment.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise a team of Retail Sales Associates.
- Meet or exceed both individual and team performance goals.
- Coach and mentor team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure the location operates according to company guidelines and policies.
- Execute promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other assigned tasks effectively.
- Lead by example in personal and professional conduct.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
- Proven track record of sales and leadership success.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- Passion for wireless technology, retail, and customer service.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
