PeopleShare is currently hiring Licensed Senior Health Sales Agents for a fully remote position with a rapidly growing and mission-driven insurance agency.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent growth potential, 100% paid employee healthcare upon permanent hire, and one of the best bonus structures in the industry.
Job Details: Pay Rate: $20-21/hr. Bonus: $25 or $75 per enrollment (based on product) Schedule: 8am-8pm Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing planholders (no cold calling)
Educate and enroll clients into Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, PDPs, and other health plans
Provide a consultative and compassionate sales experience
Follow all CMS and state compliance standards
Adapt quickly to product and system updates
Drive personal and team sales performance
Qualifications:
Active Health & Life Insurance License preferred
At least 2 years of sales experience
Experience working outside of open enrollment periods
Familiarity with multiple carriers; Aetna experience is a plus
Strong phone presence, empathetic, confident, and goal-driven
Backgrounds in call center, collections, B2B/D2D sales, or Medicare welcome
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
