PeopleShare is hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor in Lebanon, NJ!

This Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM position offers a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay between $75,000–$85,000/year, excellent benefits, and the potential for future shift expansion (flexibility preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals and schedules.
Operate, troubleshoot, and train team members on equipment and production processes.
Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and managed in the system.
Enforce GMP, PPE, food safety, and sanitation compliance throughout the facility.
Lead, coach, and develop team members; address employee relations professionally and effectively.
Monitor production KPIs and maintain a clean, audit-ready work environment.
Partner with maintenance to ensure optimal line changeovers and minimize downtime.
Support continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency and product quality.
Set the tone for a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team culture.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong working knowledge of equipment operations, troubleshooting, and team management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SAP, and email communication.
Experience in food or beverage manufacturing strongly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
