Administrative Assistant Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM
Pay Rate: $19-21+/hour based on experience
No weekends!
Administrative Assistant Job Description:
-Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
-Manage orders and inventory.
-Process customer invoices and payments.
-Resolve issues with orders/shipments.
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office products
