Position Responsibilities: Machine Operator Assistant
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Position Requirements: Machine Operator Assistant
Ability to work a Monday-Thursday 10-hour shift schedule
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and follow training guidelines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality
