About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates to meet sales goals, promote products and services, and uphold operational excellence. You’ll create a positive and results-driven environment, mentor your team, and ensure the store operates in full alignment with the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a sales-focused, customer-first environment
Interview, hire, train, and schedule Sales Associates
Consistently meet or exceed team and personal KPIs
Provide ongoing coaching to support professional development and performance
Manage daily operations, promotions, and inventory processes
Ensure compliance with operational guidelines
Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a retail management role (wireless industry preferred)
Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
Passion for wireless technology and delivering excellent customer service
Willingness to travel to other store locations as needed
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required
