What You’ll Do
As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sales, customer satisfaction, and team development. You’ll:
Hire, train, and lead a team of top-performing wireless sales associates
Set and exceed store sales goals and KPIs
Coach your team daily for success and outstanding customer service
Ensure operational excellence, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
Promote a culture of energy, enthusiasm, and achievement
Ensure compliance with Verizon Wireless & Mobile Generation standards
What You Bring
2+ years in retail management, ideally in the wireless industry
A proven record of sales and team leadership
Passion for customer service and technology
Strong coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willingness to travel regionally as needed
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
