What You’ll Do:
Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Retail Sales Associates
Create a customer-first, high-energy store culture
Drive store performance through goal-setting and accountability
Manage daily operations, inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards

Represent the brand with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of retail management experience (wireless industry strongly preferred)
Strong background in sales, leadership, and customer service
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and build a winning team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with a passion for wireless products and services
Reliable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
