Universal Bank Teller Job Details:
- Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Monday - Friday
- Pay Rate: $17
- No weekends! Great opportunity for growth!
Universal Bank Teller Description:
- Identifies and responds to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Builds internal and external relationships with clients
- Ensures customer confidentiality and private information is maintained
- Interviews customers and process applications, making recommendations for product and services approval
- Processes payments, verifies cash, endorsements, issues receipts, ACH, etc.
- Prepare and present assigned daily marketing offers
- Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts
- Compiles and maintains records of all daily assigned tasks
Universal Bank Teller Requirements:
- Previous banking or credit union experience required
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information
- Experience conducting customer interviews and processing applications
- Proficient in handling transactions including payments, cash verification, endorsements, and ACH processing
