About the Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely processing of sensitive documents and refund transactions. Ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment but can also work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Print, prepare, and mail time-sensitive correspondence and refund checks
Track and log daily activities in Excel spreadsheets
Monitor incoming/outgoing mail and shared email inbox
Run data loads and daily refund files (CAT system)
Ensure correct approval levels for refund packets
Communicate proactively with leadership about system or equipment issues
Maintain HIPAA compliance and company confidentiality standards
