Pay Rate: $20.55/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:45 AM
Location: Rock Hill, SC 29732
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Follow production formulas to mix rubber compounds
Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)
Operate heavy machinery including mills, mixers, extruders, and calendars
Label, package, and inspect rubber products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment (non-climate-controlled facility)
Requirements:
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
Previous experience in manufacturing, general labor, or production preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and work with hand tools
Must pass a background check, 10-panel drug test, and Wonderlic assessment
Steel-toe boots required
