Position: Retail Store Manager – Wautoma, WI 54982
Base Pay: $16/hour + Uncapped Commission
Annual Income Potential: Earn up to $70,000 - $85,000 (based on performance)
Schedule: Flexible – must be available during store hours: 10 am to 7 pm CST
Availability including evenings, weekends, holidays required

Job Summary:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, meet sales goals, and manage daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone with proven retail management experience, strong coaching skills, and fluency in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a positive, goal-focused sales environment
- Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise store sales associates
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales KPIs monthly
- Coach and mentor your team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure operational compliance including inventory, promotions, and store standards
- Represent the company professionally and set an example for employees
Requirements:
- 2+ years retail management experience with leadership responsibilities
- Proven success in sales and team management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility within store hours and ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
- Ability to travel to other store locations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
