Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour (Potential increase to $18–$19/hour upon conversion)
Job Overview:
We are actively seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate with a strong background in quality control. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all outgoing orders meet our quality standards. Your ability to catch errors before they leave the warehouse is critical to our success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Review each order to confirm accuracy, proper packaging, and correct labeling
Verify item quantities and ensure no incorrect products are included
Identify and resolve discrepancies before shipments are processed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse operations with a focus on quality control is required
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and reliability
