Job Details: Extrusion Operator
Position Responsibilities: Extrusion Operator
Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machinery to meet quality standards using tools like calipers
Ensure proper calibration and availability of materials for each production run
Troubleshoot issues with machines, monitor feed/mixing systems, and adjust as needed
Perform quality audits and maintain accurate documentation
Support preventative maintenance and follow safety/housekeeping practices
Position Requirements: Extrusion Operator
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience with extrusion equipment in a manufacturing setting
Basic computer skills and ability to interpret written instructions and schematics
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Forklift and scissor lift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
