Title: Program Manager Location: Vineland, NJ 08360 (primary office) Salary: Full-time Direct Hire: $65-70k/year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 PM, 30 minute lunch. Travel Requirement: 25%+ in Southern NJ counties, vehicle provided
Overview: The Program Manager oversees all operations and personnel assigned to the Bringing Veterans Home project, as well as sub-contractors, as applicable. Ensures service delivery to veterans through written policies and procedures, internal controls to include routine meetings and supervision, informal and formal counseling, and training, coaching and leading. He/she makes all decisions regarding financial assistance, ensures data and records quality, and assists all staff in case management, making suggestions or direction action as necessary to meet program goals.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises assigned operations, programs and staff in Southern New Jersey
- Responsible for regular internal and external reporting and auditing, as assigned
- Responsible for implementation and adherence to all program and agency policies and programming as directed
- Ensures all personnel operate under policies regarding confidentiality, security and safety.
- Executes program within fiscal constraints
- Provides daily coordination of service delivery, external partner engagement and staff engagement
- Oversight of subcontractor relationships and adherence to MOUs, as applicable
- Ensures provision of program service delivery including the provision of safe and affordable housing for Veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless.
- Trains and ensures personnel know and perform respective duties and are operating under all policies, procedures, rules, systems, regulations, memorandum, changes, etc.
- Responsibility for hiring and onboarding new staff as well as employee evaluations and discipline, up to and including termination of staff.

- Case Management
- Access to VA Benefits
- Access to other public benefits.
- Financial Assistance to eligible households, as necessary
- Develops and maintains relationships beneficial to program and agency.
- Attends all internal, external and community meetings and events relevant to the position and/or ensures staff attendance at all applicable meetings and events.

Requirements:
- Software experience including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
