As a General Laborer, you’ll be hands-on in supporting various stages of concrete production and structural fabrication. From building rebar cages to pouring and finishing concrete, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

General Laborer Job Responsibilities:
Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete into forms
Using shovels, rakes, and screeds to level surfaces
Operating concrete vibrators to eliminate air pockets and ensure structural integrity
Finishing and smoothing surfaces for final curing
Patching and repairing concrete as needed
Must-Have Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the day
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
