What We’re Hiring For:
- Bilingual Retail Store Manager – Up to $17/hr + Uncapped Commission
Estimated Total Compensation: $45,000–$65,000+
You're a leader who loves motivating a team, delivering results, and creating a winning atmosphere. You'll guide associates, drive store success, and ensure every customer walks away satisfied. 1-2 years experience required (preferrable wireless or retail sales)
- Bilingual Retail Sales Representative – $15/hr + Uncapped Commission
Estimated Total Compensation: $32,000–$55,000+
You're outgoing, goal-driven, and customer-obsessed. Whether you're helping someone upgrade their device or promoting a new plan, you're making a real difference—and earning great money doing it. No experience required!
Flexible availability preferred. Store hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences with every interaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Lead and support teammates (Store Managers only)
- Help with marketing efforts, store cleanliness, and product displays
- Ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction in all situations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish & English – Required
- 1–2+ years of retail experience for Managers (preferably wireless)
- Proven sales success and passion for technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate in a team setting
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to nearby store locations
- High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
