This on-site role involves providing exceptional customer service while managing procurement activities and inventory flow within a warehouse environment, ensuring efficient supply and smooth operations.

- Job Type: Temp to Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, occasional overtime.

Position Responsibilities: Warehouse Customer Service & Inventory Specialist
- Manage the procurement process for warehouse materials, including placing purchase orders to meet customer needs effectively.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal client calls and communication with vendors regarding order status and inventory.
- Efficiently handle invoice resolutions related to warehouse inventory and procurement.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions regarding material and inventory inquiries.
- Utilize MS Office and Outlook daily for communication and maintaining accurate warehouse and inventory records.
- Adhere to a professional dress code of jeans/long pants and a collared shirt/blouse while working in the warehouse environment.
Position Requirements: Warehouse Customer Service & Inventory Specialist
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and a professional demeanor within a warehouse or similar environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding inventory and procurement needs.
- Must be able to work on-site in a warehouse setting and wear steel-toe shoes.
