The ideal candidate will have retail experience, a proven ability to drive outbound activities that attract customers to our locations, and a strong focus on meeting goals and achieving success. Most importantly, they will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experience that fosters repeat business.
- Flexible Schedule - Store hours 10am - 7pm
- Competitive Salary - Salary range from $32,000 - $55,000

- Bilingual in Spanish is required!
What You’ll Be Doing::
- Customer Experience & Sales – Provide an exceptional experience for each customer, guiding them through the sales process and educating them on products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Team Support & Collaboration – Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks, contribute to team success, and complete all required training.
- Professionalism & Customer Satisfaction – Handle customer situations with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and setting a positive example for the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail Experience & Sales Success – 1+ years in a similar retail role, ideally in the wireless industry, with proven achievements in sales and customer service.
- Passion for Technology & Customer Service – Enthusiastic about wireless technology products and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Effective in interacting with customers and team members to foster positive relationships.
- Flexibility & Travel – Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule, and travel to various locations as needed.
- Qualifications – Must be 18 or older, eligible to work in the US, and possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Bilingual in Spanish is required!
