POSITION TITLE: Wireless Retail Sales Representative
SALARY: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour (BASE + uncapped commission)
BONUS/COMMISSION STRUCTURE: Uncapped commission structure — your earnings are only limited by your drive to succeed!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you’ll assist new and existing customers, provide product and service education, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll drive sales and support overall store operations while working toward individual and team goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year experience in retail sales (wireless industry preferred)
- Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English
- Must be able to travel to various store locations as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
