Job Details for HR Intern:
- Schedule: Day Shift
- Pay Rate: $15hr-$20hr
Key Responsibilities for HR Intern:
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Post job descriptions, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Assist with background and reference checks
- Prepare new hire paperwork and support onboarding activities
- HR Administration & Record Keeping:
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Process HR documents such as employment verifications and letters
- Support document management and administrative tasks
- Employee Relations & Communication:
- Assist with internal HR communications
- Support the planning and execution of employee events and surveys
- Learning & Development:
- Help coordinate training sessions and materials
- Track employee training participation
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment and basic employee inquiries
- HR Projects:
- Contribute to various HR initiatives and research best practices
- Support HR policy development
Job Requirements for HR Interns:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a Human Resources career
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred Qualifications for HR Intern:
- Previous administrative or office experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
