Job Details: Maintenance Technician
Position Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician
Dismantle, inspect, and repair mechanical devices and production equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning to minimize equipment downtime
Install, lubricate, and maintain structural and functional machine components
Set up and operate tools like grinders and drill presses to repair or fabricate parts
Follow maintenance schedules in MicroMain and log actions taken and quality checks
Position Requirements: Maintenance Technician
Prior experience in equipment maintenance or industrial repair required
Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues independently
Familiarity with maintenance documentation systems like MicroMain
Detail-oriented with strong urgency, teamwork, and decision-making skills
Must be able to pass background screening and participate in on-site interviews
