This is a temp-to-hire position with on-the-job training, advancement potential, and excellent long-term career growth.
JOB DETAILS:
Location: Butler, PA
Day Shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday): $15.50/hour
Night Shift (5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday – Friday): $17.50/hour
What You’ll Do:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Perform material handling, product staging, and basic machine operation
Assist in assembly, processing, and finishing of products according to specifications
Accurately measure materials using hand tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
Conduct visual and manual quality checks to ensure final product meets standards
Package and label finished goods for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work
Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
