Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- On-Site in Midlothian, VA
- Pay: $40K-$50K + performance bonuses
- Weekly Pay!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close deals.
- Grow client base through phone prospecting, referrals, and networking with key external contacts.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues or escalate as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, even from initial cold outreach.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by management.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Active Virginia Property & Casualty License (Required)
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance sales and servicing required; experience in an independent agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, including phone, email, and in-person communication.
