We’re looking for a Retail Store Manager ready to take charge and drive the success of our retail store operations. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for people, technology, and building high-performing teams, this role offers the ideal mix of challenge and reward.

What You’ll Be Doing::
Create a Customer-Centric Culture – Build and maintain a positive, goal-oriented team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
Staff Recruitment and Management – Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
Achieve Sales Targets – Meet or exceed personal and team key performance indicators (KPIs) each month.
Ongoing Coaching and Mentorship – Provide daily coaching and mentorship to ensure your team delivers outstanding customer experiences.
Ensure Operational Compliance – Oversee store operations, ensuring adherence to Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines, and execute promotional and inventory tasks as directed.
What We’re Looking For:
Leadership & Team Management – Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team in a retail environment.
Sales & Customer Focus – Strong track record in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating positive customer experiences.
Retail & Industry Expertise – 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in the wireless industry, with attention to detail and product knowledge.
Communication & Problem-Solving – Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Adaptability & Flexibility – Willingness to work varying schedules, travel across locations, and stay current with technology trends.
