Location: Lincolnton, NC 28092
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts Available:
Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM
Third Shift: Monday – Friday, 11 PM – 7 AM
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-operation equipment checks to ensure motors and equipment are ready for use.
Conduct equipment lubrication and maintain lubrication records.
Keep accurate preventive maintenance records.
Report equipment conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
Assist in completing production by supporting the production line as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Maintain inventories of tools and supplies.
Keep the shop area clean and organized.
Required Tools:
6” and 12” adjustable wrenches
3/16”, 5/16”, and 3/8” slotted screwdrivers
No 1, No 2, and No 3 Philips screwdrivers
Claw hammer
Channel locks
Metric and standard Allen key sets
Combination wrench set (prefer both metric and standard)
Wire strippers/cutters
Nut drivers
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Must have personal tools as listed above.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
