Administrative Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $23-$28/hr. DOE
Administrative Assistant Job Description:
- Answer phones/greet visitors
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, create Zoom meetings, and handle confidential correspondence.
- Complete compliance requirements for new accounts
- Coordinate account maintenance requests from clients
- Organize annual account review process
- Coordinate renewal of homeowner's insurance and track insurance premium payments
- Maintain records for tax payments
- Deposit checks into client accounts
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of one year of related business experience within legal, accounting or financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Highly accurate with attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, Adobe Pro experience a plus
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
