Position Overview:
We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join our team in Monroe, NC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play a key role in managing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload shipments, manage materials, and oversee stock levels
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following 5S standards
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper tracking and stock rotation
- Follow company procedures and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience as a plus
- Forklift experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds as needed
- Comfortable with bending, climbing stairs, and moving throughout the facility
