Office Manager Job Description:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies, while managing office systems, filing, and digitization.
- Provide administrative support by preparing materials, managing communications, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including verifying transactions, processing payments, and resolving billing inquiries.
- Support customer and team needs by managing inquiries, scheduling, and coordinating vendor/client meetings.
Office Manager Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and complete light physical duties as needed.
